If most people agree with your report, property price in Singapore is likely to soften within the next two years. And I think it will. The Straits Times recently reported that the top 10% of earners have an average monthly income of $11,552 per family member for year 2012. The annualized change, adjusted for inflation, was 5.5% per annum (from 2002 – 2007), 2.7% per annum (from 2007-2011) and 5.6% from 2011 to 2012.
