The PlayBook was demo-ed publicly for the first time in the region in a presentation by RIM’s Southeast Asia chief, Gregory Wade. There were also a a number of other announcements regarding the PlayBook, PlayBook SDK and the upcoming BlackBerry OS 6.1. when RIM executives took to the stage for a series of keynote speeches on Thursday morning.
