A sneak peak at the new Facebook Camera app for the Asian user

Facebook Camera essentially is an app designed to take, share, and view pictures on Facebook. It’s like a photo-only version of Facebook, so instead of seeing your friends status updates and Mafia Wars achievements, you only see a feed of uploaded photos. It also has a rather nice range of simple editing tools. The crop tool allows cropping your image to any size or aspect ratio. This is a great advantage over Instagram, which forces you to use square images. 90° rotations are possible as well as a two finger gesture to straighten images up to about 20°. I’ve provided plenty of screenshots for you to check out the various filters and effects, as well as the interface, so do take a look at the captioned slideshow above.
