PropertyGuru gets tens of millions in funding from Europe property group ImmobilienScout24 June 7, 2012 by Terence LEE PropertyGuru , a Singapore-based property portal group, and one of Asia’s largest, has secured a double digit million-investment in Singapore dollars from ImmobilienScout24 , a leading property portal group in Europe. According to the press release , this is one of the biggest online deals in Asia this year. Tech blog e27 reported that the deal is worth S$60M (US$47M), which gives the European company a minority stake in PropertyGuru. The funding will be used to continue innovating and developing services to help its clients find and advertise properties, as well as support further expansion within the region.
