Singapore based V-Key secures US$4M in series A funding from IPV Capital via @e27sg

This week has been filled with many investments and acquisition news. Earlier today, V-Key Inc, a pioneer in the mobile applications intrusion protection and intelligence space announced that it has secured a total of US$4 million in series A funding from IPV Capital. V-Key Inc is cofounded by Eddie Chau, Benjamin Mah, and Joseph Gan. Eddie Chau is a serial entrepreneur which founded two successful security and intelligence company e-Cop and Brandtology. e-Cop was acquired in 2007 by a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holding Pte Ltd while in February 2011, Sentia Media Group acquired a majority stake in Brandtology . Benjamin on the other hand, held various senior roles in e-Cop, Encentuate, Oracle, IBM and CA. Joseph Gan is also someone to be reckoned with.
