Telkom, launched the Indigo Fellowship Program on June 16 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The program is a strategic initiative that has been held annually by PT. Telkom since 2007 with the objective of promoting Indonesia’s digital creative industry through a community-based approach. This year’s theme is “Digital Creativepreneur for Nation Competitiveness” and the program is divided into four categories: Mobile Content and Application; Web-Based Content and Application; Animation; and Digital Comics. There will be 20 judges, all of whom have backgrounds that range from academicians to leaders in their fields. Five hundred entries, either group or individuals, are expected to join the event.
