stellar @ One Altitude - a place to propose

As part of the theme of sky dining, I decided to check out Stellar by the One Rochester Group, which is located on the 62nd floor of One Raffles Place. A pleasant setting, the place could be set up for an even more fine dining experience by lowering the lights just a little. Having been following Chef Chris Millar for awhile, I was excited about this meal as he has been known to do a good job of blending various flavours together to form wonderful dishes. However, I was to learn that the true value in the meal I was about to have was not in any "foo-fa" form of cooking, but just the use of good quality ingredients that speak for itself.
