The Dempsey Brasserie - a nice chill out after work place with good food too

To be honest, I am not too excited when it comes to checking out bistros or brasseries because many a times I have left disappointed. However, after reading glowing reviews on this place, I thought I would give The Dempsey Brasserie a chance, and I am glad I did. A nice set-up, this place will give the rest of Dempsey a run for the money with its chill, laid back experience and light music. I started with the French Ice Tea ($7), which was unfortunately a disappointment as it was too bland and diluted. I then had the Pot of Mussels ($20) as my starter. This was done well with a tasty base. I also tried the Ribeye Steak ($36) as my main course. The quality of the meat was good, done medium-rare although like all rib eyes part of it will be chewy. For dessert I went with the Apple Tarte ($14), which was quite balanced and was a good way to end the meal. Overall, the quality ...
