With all its good bacteria and popular taste, cultured Yakult milk is a really underrated drink. Add to it some lychee, sago balls and nata-de-coco and it makes an irresistible bubble tea cooler on a hot day. Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 10 mins Ingredients: 4 bottles Yakult, original flavour 250 ml lychee syrup, from the can 6-8 pieces lychee, from the can 4 tablespoons cooked sago balls, store bought 4 tablespoons lychee flavoured nata-de-coco Ice cubes Method: 1. Drain the lychee syrup from the can 2. In a mixing jug, mix the cultured milk and lychee syrup together. 3. In each of the two glasses, divide evenly the cooked sago, lychee fruit and nata-de-coco. 4. Pour the liquid from the jug into the prepared glasses & top with shaved ice. 5. Serve immediately.
