#SingaporeRestaurant Dann’s Daily Pescetarian Café: Singapore’s first seafood-only café gets a menu update

Café setting: This is for those who have chosen to stick to a diet of seafood, shellfish and no meat. Christina Tan set up this café to encourage her son, Dann, to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle. This black-and-white furniture-d Eastwood Centre café has its roots in in-depth home-based food research and cooking experiments. What to eat: There is a new array of healthy treats: this includes low-carbohydrate gluten-free vegetarian dishes are made with fresh vegetables and organic patties. The otah with Japanese cucumber sandwich ($5) is flavourful with generous spiced chunky fish meat filling; while the pleasant semolina-based QQ noodles with seafood ($14) is lightly sweet because of the carob (chocolate substitute) sauce seasoning.
