My favorite cafe in Singapore just closed...... T^T

Just found this place for Sunday morning breakfast. A nice combination of a bike shop and a café. Coffee and meals are ok but service is not. Asked for some mustard for my sausage and the answer was simply "sorry but we don't have mustard", with a very friendly smile, however. Is it so unusual to eat a sausage with mustard? Want another coffee? You can order it with the friendly school girl waitress but you still will proceed to the counter yourself: "sorry but we work on a pre-paid basis". There are only five guests in the restaurant, do they think that I will run away without paying? The place is definitely not cheap, so one would expect a much better service. Will only come back if everything else is closed.
