Axel Brizzy is a man on a mission
You know when you watch a Star Wars movie, there’s a whole prologue before the movie that serves as a little background story? I titled it The Prologue because the Shine Festival journey kind of kicked off everything for me. Before joining Shine, I released songs such as, “Let Me Know” and “Apex” but those songs never really took off on a wider scale. After Shine, I got to open for The Sam Willows and got more attention. I also worked with more people like Sheeq Luna and THELIONCITYBOY and through that, it changed my perspective on the local scene. The EP is basically an introduction to me. Every song is different and I did that intentionally because I want people to see my versatility. I don’t want to stick to one thing; I want to explore more.
