We've fallen in love with the North Taiwan Lychee Beer -- okay, okay, AND the dumplings -- at Stacked.

Naturally, in multicultural, multiracial Singapore, dim sum will take a turn for the modern. While the traditional siew mai at open-air industrial-inspired bar space Stacked is smooth-skinned and juicy from the well-minced pork and chunks of prawn, it’s the Margherita dumplings (four for $8.90) in its signature selection that will make you sit up, whether you’re on the bar stools, stiff couches or wall seats. These curry puff-shaped packets are packed with mozzarella, shredded basil, diced tomato and paired with balsamic vinegar. How’s that for a culinary evolution?
