If we're looking for a sweet treat to gift our loved ones, we usually grab a chocolate bar from mass-produced brands like Cadbury or Hershey's. But not me. My love for chocolates runs deep. I have been in love with chocolate ever since I was old enough to indulge in this sweet treat. If someone gives me a box of artisan chocolate, I would do anything they wanted me to. I was thrilled to have the amazing opportunity to become a chocolatier for a day and learn from chocolate master Anjali Gupta, the owner of Anjali Chocolat. I WAS READY TO POUR MY HEART AND SOUL.
