Keith Yong Kee-Hwei, 24, had pleaded guilty last month. A district court then heard that Tan Tiong Loon, 32, met Yong and promised the younger man a share of his winnings if the pit supervisor would work with him. Yong was reluctant at first but under intense pestering by Tan, he relented. At about 4.30am on Oct 7 last year, Yong used his hand to stop the Money Wheel from spinning to help Tan win $18,000 from his bet of $400.
