Brigadier-General (NS) Tan made these comments in a Facebook post after online articles regarding the protection of foreign workers and salary dispute cases were brought to his attention recently. One of the articles, posted on his Facebook wall by a netizen on Monday, was on repatriation companies that 'lock up' foreign workers to ensure they are sent home.
