What Formula are you talking about ? It is all rubbish ! As a private company, whether they make or break is their own problem. Are you convince that reaping $200 million profit last quarter and dishing out few million dollars to their CEO is sufficient to prove the financial well being of the company. Furthermore, with the hue and cry from the commuters on packed train/bus services is an indication that the company is not interested in productivity than profit making. Your productivity factor of 1.5 % is just plucked out from thin air to justify their call for fare increase. Since when did the fare reduced ? Are you now telling us the management is competent in its productivity apart from making profit ?
