(TTR) Elected President has sufficient powers to check on the PAP under the Constitution

Contrary to what was proclaimed by PAP ministers and propagated by the PAP-controlled media that the Elected President has ‘limited powers’ and ‘custodial duties’ only, he actually does have sufficient powers to check on the PAP regime effectively according to the Singapore Constitution The Elected President is a scheme devised by PAP supreme leader Lee Kuan Yew to provide additional ‘insurance’ for the PAP in case it gets booted out of office via a ‘freak’ election which will ensure the PAP puts their own candidate into the position to prevent the new non-PAP government from dismantling its instruments of power. The PAP is a fascist regime which enjoys absolute monopoly of power in Singapore by exerting control over all institutions of the state such as the police, army and civil service either directly or indirectly and in order to do so, it must put its cronies in these...
