SINGAPORE: Business-savvy youths are invited to jazz up this year's Mid-Autumn Festival in Singapore's Chinatown. Organisers are providing 10 rent-free bazaar stalls to entrepreneurs with the best business ideas. It's a contest open to those aged between 17 and 30 years. And it's part of festival celebrations from August 29 to September 25. Over 300 stalls peddling all kinds of goodies will be open during the festivities with some 90 per cent of stalls already booked. Dr Lily Neo, MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC & Adviser to Kreta Ayer-Kim Seng grassroots organisations, said: "We like to show that Chinatown is an iconic place for all our festivals and is also one that does not just involve the old, but also the young."
