Singapore #Biodiversity: An Encyclopedia of the #Natural Environment : #Asia

A heavyweight at 552 pages, the Encyclopedia was the cumulative effort of over 65 contributors who kindly and generously spared their time to make the encyclopedia happen. It is a celebration of Singapore’s biodiversity, that even though we have lost much of our natural environment to nation building, pockets of wildlife still persist in our parks, forests and shores. In addition, the biodiversity of Singapore continues to astonish researchers, with new species and new records of animals turning up regularly!
