Waiting patiently for a webOS tablet ? It is official. HP Touchpad will be available in Asia Pacific region beginning in August. The Wi-Fi version of HP TouchPad will be available in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore next month. The HP TouchPad will be available from retailers, commercial resellers and direct from HP via the HP Online Store with the option of either 16 GB or 32 GB of internal storage(3) starting from US$499 and US$599 respectively. HP Touchpad is powered by its webOS user interface on a realized in the tablet experience. With its vibrant 9.7-inch diagonal flush capacitive multitouch display, virtual keyboard, instant-on access, support for Adobe® Flash® Player in the browser and access to thousands of webOS applications
