Are Singaporean men becoming too soft?

THEY 'complain a lot', 'take things for granted' and are 'very pampered'. These are what Singaporeans had to say when asked about young men today. Recently, there have been much debate online on whether modern day luxuries like technology and domestic helpers in the family are creating a generation of young men who are demanding, self-centred and reliant on others. Defence Minister Dr Ng Eng Hen was also asked at a recent SAF Day media interview on whether the use of laptops and iPads in the army were turning soldiers into softies who can only fight with technology. Are men today becoming too 'soft'? Singaporeans share their views on RazorTV.
