Airline gets passengers #special gifts -- by checking their #Facebook profiles

How would you feel if you posted on Facebook you were in the airport and suddenly airline staff greeted you with a simple gift that they thought you might like? STOMPer Airhead feels the idea is cool, yet creepy. In a video posted by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, airport staff looked through the airline's Twitter, Foursquare and Facebook to see who had checked into the airport and was going to board the plane. They then checked the online profile of the passenger and got each of them a personalised gift. STOMPer Airhead shares her views on the airline's social media campaign, which is currently ongoing: "I'm quite impressed with KLM's little social media campaign.
