Did ACS choose a walkover for rugby match to rest for semis? That's unsportsmanlike

The Anglo-Chinese School (ACS) Barker rugby team apparently chose a walkover for a match they were supposed to play with Pioneer Secondary this afternoon (Apr 1) to rest for the National Rugby Championship semi-finals on Friday. STOMPer Jason ACS thinks it was unsporting of the ACS team to do so, and wrote: "ACS Barker Road and Pioneer Secondary were scheduled to play their last rugby group game today. "I found out from fellow rugby supporters that ACS decided to give a walkover to Pioneer. "I believe they did this to have more time to prepare for their semi-finals which will be held this Friday. "This is very unsportsmanlike behaviour from a reputable school. "Not only is there a lack of respect for Pioneer Secondary School, it is also unfair for ACS Barker's opponent in the semis as their opponent would have played one game more than them.
