Singbridge names CEO for joint project #investment #business

Mr Tay Hun Kiat, 50, will lead the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City project, which Singbridge is jointly developing with the Guangzhou Development District. -- PHOTO: SINGBRIDGE SINGBRIDGE International, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, has appointed a chief executive officer-designate for its joint venture company in Guangzhou. Mr Tay Hun Kiat, 50, will lead the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City project, which Singbridge is jointly developing with the Guangzhou Development District. An Oxford University graduate, Mr Tay comes to the role after more than 13 years in senior management positions at Temasek-linked companies, including CapitaLand, Keppel Land and ST Engineering.
