LONDON - BRITISH Airways cabin crew have voted for more strikes in their long-running dispute with the airline. The Unite union says its members voted 5,751 to 1,579 to take further industrial action. The dispute was originally about pay and working conditions but now centres on travel perks which were taken from staff who participated in previous strikes. The dispute saw a wave of rolling strikes last year. No dates have been announced for new walkouts. The result of the strike ballot came as the merger of British Airways and Spanish carrier Iberia took effect on Friday, creating Europe's third-largest airline. -- AP
