This makes the Kovan 209 Market and Food Centre, located next to Heartland Mall, the only hawker centre in Singapore at present where all the food stalls have been given the highest grade for cleanliness. The food centre has more to boast about. It also received four awards from various agencies at its official opening on Saturday.
