* Electronics and construction the laggards * Foreign funds seen back in after Friday selling TAIPEI, Jan 24 - Taiwan stocks reversed earlier gains to trade in negative territory by mid trading on Monday, as electronics shares continued to slip ahead of earning results due this week. Fund managers however gave a positive outlook on the market in the short run as the Taiwan currency strengthened, a signal that more funds were flowing into the shares. "The Taiwan dollar was back to T$29.05 this morning, it shows that more foreign investors are buying the currency," said Tom Tang, a vice president of Masterlink Investment Advisory.
