They whipped up a dish weighing nearly 77kg, and earned themselves a spot in the Singapore Book of Records for the Largest Plate of Rojak. The previous record stood at 37kg. Earlier in the day, participants also attended a rojak-making demonstration before trying their hands at preparing one, in a bid to see who could make the best dish.
