According to an IBM survey, 55 per cent of respondents have a commute of less than 30 minutes. Some 59 per cent of drivers listed start-stop traffic as the most frustrating part of their commute. Some 405 adult drivers in Singapore were surveyed for IBM's annual Commuter Pain Index, which was conducted across 20 major international cities and gathered 8,042 responses.
