The Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore and the Civil Service Commission of the Republic of Maldives signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Thursday to enhance understanding between public officials of both countries by promoting exchange and cooperation in the area of capacity building. Under the MOU, the CSC and the Maldives Civil Service Commission will explore programmes for public officials to foster the sharing of experiences, ideas and best practices. Customised seminars in areas such as governance, leadership and administration may also be in the pipeline.
