Courts' naming rights to S-League Young Lions

The Young Lions have landed one of the largest sponsorship deals in S-League history with Courts. -- ST PHOTO: AZIZ HUSSIN IT IS a first in S-League history. As part of a $1 million deal over the next two years, Courts gets naming rights to the Young Lions team. Effective from Thursday, the team will be known as the Courts Young Lions. The furniture, IT and electronics retailer will have its logo emblazoned on their jerseys, in what is also one of the largest sponsorship deals in S-League history. At a press conference held on Thursday morning, Football Association of Singapore president Zainudin Nordin described it as a 'landmark sponsorship deal (that) represents the very best of sports sponsorship'.
