AFTER being told to apply for licences for its fundraising event on Saturday, The Online Citizen (TOC) announced on Thursday that the event is no longer open to the public. It is now a private event for invited guests only. TOC said guests who wish to attend can email the website and they will receive their invites by email in return. TOC announced it will be admitting up to only 150 guests. Guests will be expected to produce a hard copy of the invite to gain entry, but TOC reassured that 'there's a very good teh tarik stall nearby, as well as Mustafa Shopping Centre' for those refused entry. The TOC announcement added: 'We have also decided to replace our boring lucky draw with fun non-lucky draw games!' Reminding its readers about the altered arrangements, the announcement finished off with: 'So remember, we're holding a non-public non-political party! Please don't anyho...
