MP Cynthia Phua calls for blocking of all internet p0rn sites. Obviously she did not discuss this with her husband.

She asked whether the Ministry for Information, Communications and the Arts could blocks the sites and whether Internet service providers could provide free blocking services. Replying to her question, MICA Minister Lui Tuck Yew said given the borderless nature of the Internet, this would not be possible to block every undesirable website. However, he assured that where necessary the government will block some pornographic and other undesirable sites. The Minister pointed out that there are already 100 sites blocked as a “symbolic statement of our community’s stand on harmful an undesirable content on the Internet”. He said that ISPs will be required to actively market their Internet filtering services to those who purchase or renew their subscriptions. This would be more beneficial than providing free filters “as parents can learn about and understand the benefits...
