Even the state-owned media cannot find a better photo of Tin Pei Ling's husband.

Mr Ng, 40, the husband of PAP MP Tin Pei Ling, will replace Mrs Ow Foong Pheng, who will be appointed Permanent Secretary (Trade and Industry). -- ST PHOTO: LIM SIN THAI From Oct 1, Mr Ng How Yue, Principal Private Secretary to Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, will be the Second Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Mr Ng, 40, the husband of PAP MP Tin Pei Ling, will replace Mrs Ow Foong Pheng, who will be appointed Permanent Secretary (Trade and Industry). Mrs Ow is the ministry's Second Permanent Secretary doing the job of Permanent Secretary when Mr Ravi Menon moved to the Monetary Authority of Singapore in April 2011 to replace managing director Heng Swee Keat, who was entering politics. Mr Heng is now Education Minister.
