Malays in Singapore 'making progress', says PM Lee

He cited as an example the changes to the Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) scheme, announced earlier this month, which will allow at least two-thirds of Malay families to qualify for subsidised tertiary education. Currently, less than half qualify.
