SINGAPORE: Singapore's Meteorological Services Division said widespread moderate to heavy rain is expected on Sunday between 11.30 am and midnight. The PUB added that flash floods may occur in low-lying areas in the event of heavy rain. The Met Services will provide an update at 5.30pm.
