The 10-storey development located at 1 Selegie Road has a diverse mix of office and retail tenants. The upgrade will start in the first quarter of 2013, as soon as major tenant Singapore Pools moves out of the premises. Refurbishment works are expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2013.
