why are people so stupid these days?

A lot of deemed dangerous activities have been in place in schools for a long time. Boredom drove students to modify, create and reinvent some of the present and past student activities which may be vigorous, strenous, stressful or even deadly. However nobody knows when a tragedy will strike. It was fortunate that NTSS put a stop to this nonsensical act of "CHOKING GAME". What has gone into the minds of those who are involved? They are almost "adults" and surprisingly the danger point appears to oblivious to them - surely some of them may have "suffered" from suffocation during the games one time or another. IT WAS A GAMBLE OF LIFE that they were engaged in. Where were the prefects or diciplinary teacher ???? The MOE and principal should investigate to get to the bottom of the whole saga and be answerable to the parents of those who may have suffered in the process. This i...
