This affected services such as telephone lines, mio TV and Internet connections. In a statement to The Straits Times on Sunday, a spokesman said the problem happened for 'some hours' from Thursday to Friday morning, and again from Saturday to Sunday morning. All services were fully operational by 5.30pm on Sunday. He added: 'The intermittent problem took us some time to isolate and pinpoint together with equipment manufacturer Ericsson, because it's the first time this sort of problem has happened anywhere in the world.
