Employers will also be encouraged to work with educational institutions, career centres and recruitment agencies to attract and recruit Singaporeans. These practices are included in a revised set of guidelines from the Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP), said Minister of State for Manpower Tan Chuan Jin, speaking at a tripartite seminar on Monday morning.
