Citizen Journalism Awards: Visitors smile at the sight of otters at Punggol Waterway
STOMPer KS and his son were greeted with a morning surprise one day when they came across a group of otters at the Punggol Waterway. This report is one of the top ten stories that is in the running to win STOMP's Citizen Journalism Awards Month 3, if it receives the highest public vote. The contest aims to honour Singapore's top citizen journalist every month, and this month's winner will take home a bottle of wine made from a recipe concocted by world-renowned winemaker Denis Dubordieu.
