The scheme by the Restroom Association (Singapore) kicked off in 2003 to set benchmarks and raise standards of public toilets through a star grading system. The certification is valid for a year, with at least two spot checks to ensure standards are maintained. NTUC Foodfare's chain of six coffeeshops and two foodcourts were all certified under the programme. Please enable JavaScript to view the comments powered by Disqus. blog comments powered by Disqus
