FairPrice extends discounts to end of July

Launched on Feb 15 this year, it was scheduled to end yesterday but has been continued to assist customers to cope with the rising cost of living. The supermarket chain said in a statement that the scheme has helped shoppers pocket more than $2.25 million in savings. With the extension, they can expect to chalk up more than $3.6 million of savings in total, a spokesman noted.
