Cartoonist Heng Kim Song, author of 'Heng On The World Again' will be at the book fair on Saturday & Sunday from 4 - 6pm for autograph sessions. The book has a foreword penned by former Minister of Foreign Affairs, George Yeo. Jointly organised by Singapore Press Holdings Chinese Newspapers Division and Marshall Cavendish Business Information Pte Ltd.
