Cross-carriage Pay-TV rules to go ahead from August

On Friday evening, the Government announced that it would go ahead with its controversial decision requiring pay-TV operators to carry each other's exclusive content. The move, said Singapore's content regulator Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) in a statement, will help create 'a vibrant pay-TV market to the benefit of consumers and industry'.
