These were some of the problems passengers encountered while in the queue at Woodlands Train Checkpoint for the morning Express Rakyat to Kuala Lumpur on Saturday. When asked what it's doing to address these concerns, ICA said it was working closely with the relevant agencies such as LTA to monitor the situation, and would provide necessary assistance to train passengers should the need arise.
