Two other projects sold more than 100 units. The Topiary, an EC along Fernvale Lane sold 136 units at a median price of S$730 psf and The Trilinq sold 106 units at a median price of S$1,513 psf. The most expensive unit sold was recorded at S$4,035 psf from The Scotts Tower. This was followed by Marina Bay Suites where a unit was bought at S$3,313 psf. Coming to the most affordable condo unit, Riversound Residences sold a unit at an affordable price of S$659 psf, followed by Parc Olympia where a unit was taken up at S$705 psf. In the CCR, only 157 units were sold – less than the 198 in February and 350 in January. Developers are launching fewer homes in the region (15 percent q/q lower in Q1), which is generally dominated by high-net-worth local and foreign buyers.
