The Alternative Ownership Conference Asia Pacific business – known as AOCAP – has been purchased by the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) brand. Launched in Phuket in 2009 by the Absolute World Group, AOCAP has quickly become Asia Pacific’s premier investment conference serving the alternative/vacation ownership sector of the property industry. It is the region’s most important conference focused on mixed-use resorts and annually delivers an abundance of knowledge, insight, and understanding of the alternative ownership sector of the lodging industry throughout Asia Pacific.
