Law Society Singapore presents: Social enterprises

As businesses with social objectives, social enterprises aim to simultaneously ensure financial/commercial viability and sustainable social impact. Finding the right balance between having a viable business model and your desired social impact is often tricky. You will face many issues, including issues of a legal nature, in your endeavour. In the upcoming talk, we will give you a simple road map to navigate the legal landscape faced by social enterprises. Mr Samuel Yuen will give the participants an overview of the legal issues facing both start-up and established social enterprises.
